Wooden Alien is a company of aliens on a covert mission to take over the world. Game development is our cover-up so if we don’t want to get exposed we need to make the greatest games in the galaxy. If taking over the world matters to you join us as a Producer in our Kraków HQ!

ALIEN STATS

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Producer or a Project Manager in game development
• You have at least 1 shipped PC or console project
• You display high communication skills and team spirit
• You use production frameworks and tools
• Finding solutions to problems is your second nature
• You can use Polish and English in writing
• You care about our mission to take over the world

Bonus points if you check any from the list:

• Are up-to-date with game industry and market trends
• Have experience working with Unity Game Engine
• Have three arms

WHAT THE ALIEN WILL DO

• Organizing work of 10-15-person team
• Planning and optimizing work pipelines
• Managing information flow between teams
• Keeping track of production deadlines
• Cooperating closely with other team members
• Giving feedback to any development aspect you want and having active impact on the project if you feel like it
