You know the feeling when you should've received a reward for a quest but somehow you haven't?

Or maybe you remember the dread when you tried to log into your account again and again but your password did not work and you almost lost your beloved character?

If you play online games, at one point you've probably contacted player support. After a few emails you got your precious reward or got the access to your account back. Phew... Ready to take on another adventure!

This is the kind of savior we are looking for right now.

Your Impact:

As Junior Player Support Agent you will assist our players in troubleshooting their account issues via various communication channels (i.e. Social Media, E-mail, Forums). You’ll start with basics and move on to more complex ones.

Apart from that, it will be your job to gather feedback and forward all the important information from the issues you handle with customers to other teams.

You will interact with our players and reply to all other inquiries they could have about our game.

In return

This is an entry level role, so we are starting here 2800 PLN gross on contract of mandate.

Also you get access to private medical care and get to enjoy 100% remote work with flexible hours (core is 11-16 and you decide if you want to sleep a little longer or just get the job done quickly and enjoy long afternoon).

You’ll work in a small team with one other Support Agent and report directly to our Community Support Manager.

Obviously you get to see and experience gaming industry from the inside. If you happen to be in the office there is coffee waiting for you. Along with 143 kinds of milk (more or less), tea and other office perks.

You

First of all, you’ll need Fluent English (especially in writing – we are not handling queries via phone).

Basic knowledge of Social Media comes in handy. If you are using them privately and don’t hate them – you’re golden.

Of course there is passion for games and at least basic knowledge about gaming industry. Again – it might be hard to communicate with gamers if you aren’t one of them.

When people write to us it usually isn’t to tell us how much they adore our games. Something went wrong and they want that fixed so you’ll need the ability to communicate and explain things calmly and with patience.
