Community Manager

Mass Creation is looking for a Community Manager to join our team in Warsaw (remotely during the COVID19 pandemic). We are an independent video game developer, with 12 years of experience. We specialize in action games, and shipped more than 20 titles, including Shing!, Corridor Z, and Draw Slasher.

We are looking for candidates who want to become the main contact point between us and our community, and will help us build up player base for upcoming projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creating concepts and content for community activation activities (videoblogs, posts
and so on)
• Acting as a community moderator
• Social media / Discord administration
• Co-creating and executing marketing plans for our future games.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical knowledge of social media, streaming platforms, and communication
• Passionate gamer
• Self-determined, with a collaborative working style
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience

Nice to have:
• Experience in live streaming
