Are you designing games for a living? You enjoy being an architect of fun and creator of worlds? But feel like you have so much more to offer? Can take more responsibility?

Then this one is for you.

Your Impact:

We are looking for a person who can work on designing new, and redesigning existing features of The Wolf. You will cooperate closely with The Wolf producer, who is also one of the company founders. However this role gives you a lot of independence.

In return

You get paid well. We are thinking 12-16k PLN net on B2B, but we are flexible here. All depends on your skills.

Also work is 100% remote. You just need to live in our time zone which covers Lisbon to Dubai.

You’ll have plenty of room to do your thing. We mean it. We are looking for someone who does design better than we already do so there will be a lot of challenging projects for you.

If you happen to live in/near Kraków then there are all the office perks for you to enjoy. If somewhere in Poland then we have access to private medical care.

Work must be done but how and when you get there mostly depends on you. We have very flexible working hours and we trust that everyone knows why they are here and what is expected from them.

You

You have at least 3 years of experience in designing F2P games. Years and F2P are crucial here. You had time to gather essential knowledge in F2P environment. Additionally you have extensive skills in designing UX / UI flows.

We expect that you will take responsibility and do the most of your work (planning & designing) by yourself with minimal supervision. So it would be amazing if you had an opportunity to already be a lead designer on a project and made impactful decisions. It goes without saying that we need someone who already knows how to work in a team.

Because we are creating mobile games you need to be up to date with latest trends in mobile gaming.

From technical side basic knowledge of Unity comes in handy. Also you don’t need to love it, but your documentation must be well written. Just so we can figure out what’s going on there. To do that you need great English skills.
