Red Sky is a part of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder. Our idea is to build projects with a global perspective and particular emphasis on modern IT solutions. Cooperation model
Our unique model of cooperation is intended for people who can and want to go beyond and above standard operating patterns, are professionals, do not follow the hackneyed scheme, are able to ensure budget stability, and the world of business and management has no secrets for them. We provide capital and all the tools necessary to implement the project. You use your business potential by building your own team and conducting activities within the product.

We are looking for C-level experts for a project operating in the gaming sector. As a member of an organization operating in the esports industry, you will be responsible for the company's growth and revenue streams. You will have the final responsibility for increasing revenues by using and adapting interdisciplinary competencies in various areas: marketing, sales, user experience/customer success as well as product development. We set one fundamental goal for the person employed in this position - an efficient organization that records regular growth.

Your tasks

  • co-managing the company and its team
  • organizing and project management within the company - further product development
  • co-creating the company's strategy and its implementation
  • focus on achieving (maintaining and increasing) the profitability of the organization
  • plan and implement the budget as well as its ongoing management and monitoring P&L management, including in particular the management of: multiple streams of revenues/costs incurred in order to obtain these revenues
  • managing of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • building your team from scratch and taking care of its development, adjusting activities to business goals
  • market analysis to identify potential new distribution channels and user acquisition - the constant search for trends and patterns
  • preparing analysis of incoming traffic sources, optimization of conversion rates
  • analyzing the business value of the services offered in order to dynamically respond to market needs
  • establishing, maintaining and developing good relationships with business partners
  • using partnerships to generate more balanced and predictable sources of users
  • analyzing and predicting problem situations and finding appropriate solutions

Requirements

  • several years of experience in developing, planning and managing business strategies as Managing Director/CEO with a focus on IT sector
  • experience in creating and implementing strategies in the area of sales, business development and marketing
  • work experience in the gaming sector and/or digital consumer services
  • the ability to make decisions, plan the resources necessary for the implementation of the project and the effective organization of work
  • ability to plan and execute the budget, knowledge of the appropriate tools
  • focus on effective and consistent achievement of objectives - business determination
  • fluent English (minimum C1 level)
  • very good practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics and tools, including SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, non-standard marketing activities, analytics of marketing activities - ability to set up campaigns on your own as well as managing third party agency or contractors
  • knowledge of project management methodologies (with a focus on Agile)
