We’re currently looking for a QA Lead!
We’re an experienced team that will never leave you in the lurch. We’re looking for a QA Lead with passion for mobile games who is willing to join a creative working environment and is not afraid of challenges.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a QA Lead you will be setting the whole QA structure in our games, including processes, procedures and best practices to ensure high quality level and that will evaluate future needs and execute a scaling strategy. A QA Lead should also be an experienced QA tester, able to do high quality QA testing himself. Good teamwork skills and ability to cooperate proficiently with the dev and automation departments will also be important.

YOUR MISSION:

• Build a test strategy based on good practices to ensure the high quality of our games;
• Define a solid process and select the right tools for the QA department to use;
• Set the direction of development for the whole QA department;
• Build a culture of knowledge exchange in the team;
• Collaborate with other leaders, to build standards and good practices;
• Leading and mentoring the other QA testers to make them grow in skills and independency;
• Cooperating with QA automation engineers to help in setting up an automated testing framework.

PERFECT FIT:

• 5 + years of experience in testing including 2 + years of experience in QA Lead;
• Experience in building a test process, improvement based on Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery;
• You know various project management methodologies, e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean;
• Experience in working with test management tools;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to inspire others;
• Very good command of English and willingness to work in an international environment.

AMAZE US WITH:

• Experience in working in a similar position in the game-dev industry with casual and/or social games;
• Experience in testing games on the Unity engine;
• Experience with QA automation.
