Lead Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Studio team. This person will be responsible for creating the key visuals and the comprehensive process of its implementation in board games with the support of the internal team and with external artists.

The main area will be the creation of an artistic vision of a game and cooperation with both internal and external artists to deliver the best possible visuals and graphic design. Key areas of competence include graphic design skills, experience in tailoring the creative vision of a product, and bringing leadership to the process.

This is a full-time position based in either our Warsaw or Kraków office. Remote work in this position is not possible.

***** Requirements ******

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer/Lead Graphic Designer.
• Extensive experience in Photoshop and Adobe CS.
• Great attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and self-driven attitude.
• Fluent English in writing and orally is a must.
• Experience in leading the workflow of the creative team will be a plus.
• Experience in the board game industry will be a plus.
• Experience in preparing files for print (DTP) will be a plus.
