We are currently looking for a key hire, a Product Owner (Web products) for the Internal Tools team, to join the TSG team of highly experienced and talented people. Responsibilities:

• Work directly with stakeholders to define and iterate the direction of the projects that improve, speed up, automate, bring visibility, innovate, allow growth and scaling of their operations,
• Operate at all levels of detail, from big picture feature designs and business cases down to the Definition of Done in the product backlog,
• Prioritize based upon a variety of factors to estimate a business value so that we are working on the most meaningful things at all times,
• Manage the mid to long-term roadmap and products releases,
• Be accountable for the product business KPIs: definition, implementation, monitoring and follow up,
• Attend Scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, reviews, and planning, be a go-to person for a development team to discuss any product-related issues,
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the team’s completion of Release/Sprint Goals,
• Present and showcase the tools, gather and document feedback,
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with the stakeholders, e.g. end-users, get feedback and transform it into required product improvement and new features.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position, during which you have defined and implemented features for web applications that noticeably and positively impacted business results,
• Ability to work in Agile teams and to be an active contributor to the backlog by defining the teams’ expected goals and acceptance criteria,
• Analytical skill to break down complex problems and efficiently use data and analytics layered against high-quality research to decide the direction of the product,
• Great understanding of software quality importance, technical debt, and a need for constant technological innovation,
• Experience in tracking progress, assessing risks, coordinating delivery, and actively communicating contingency and mitigation plans both for the development team and stakeholders,
• Track record of ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks,
• A proactive approach, can-do attitude, not afraid of stepping outside of the role to assure project’s success,
• Excellent communication skills at proficient English level, both speaking and writing,
• Great organizational and time management skills,
• Motivated, responsible and independent person.

Nice to have:

• Track record of working in Scrum methodology,
• Experience in parallel ownership of several products and continuous, dynamic backlog prioritization,
• Background in working with internal clients,
• Passion for UX design.
