We are looking for a

Board Assistant (4000-4500 net UOP)

 

Running a successful gamedev company is a lot of work. It takes a village, trust us. That’s why we need someone exceptional, with tons of positive energy and the best organizational skills in town.

Requirements

• Experience in Administration, especially in the Board Assistant role
• High organizational skills
• Strong team player, with great interpersonal skills
• Independence
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Experience in managing multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Office / Google tools
• Driving license

Nice to have

• Previous experience in working in IT industry or law firm

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Management Board in their daily duties and projects
• Administrative Support
• Managing office-related needs, such as posting and distributing daily mail, setting up for on-site meetings, daily office maintenance
• Taking care of incoming and outgoing documentation
• Cooperation with suppliers providing services for the company
• Organizing business trips
• Occasional personal assistance tasks
