Mid/Senior Porting Programmer (Unity 3D/C#)

Mill Games, we are a joint venture company, which focuses on the Romanian gamedev market. Founders of the Mill games are Warsaw-based Movie Games publisher and INC Investments & Consulting.
Maybe we are a little bit new but also fresh and full of ideas. We derive our know-how and experience from the whole Movie Games Group.
Currently we are working on a couple of projects in stealth tactical, action co-op and crpg genres and we need you to strengthen our ranks in porting games on all platforms.

As a Porting Programmer (Unity 3D/C#) your main goal will be to help with porting games made with Unity 3D to all the platforms we release our games on!

Your tasks will be to:

• porting games to multiple platforms
• optimize and debug the code
• plan and execute the development of console ports
• design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, and well-organized code
• close collaboration with the QA team in the porting process and fulfilling certification requirements
• memory usage optimization
• communication with platforms’ tech teams
• communication with QA team

Be sure that you:

• have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Programmer
• have experience with working on at least one commercial project (documented)
• have in-depth knowledge of Unity 3D and C#
• have the ability to debug and optimize code
• can communicate with team members and know which dialogue option will not fail the quest
• have a strong command of both English and Polish
• you have a documented prior porting experience
• Love for games, knowledge of various platforms and genres
• discipline and self-reliance, organized work style

Nice to have:

• UE4 experience
• Experience in C++
• Technical degree
• Experience in graphics programming (shaders)
