Covenant is an indie creative house offering well-executed, fresh gameplay experiences. The company works only on original proprietary IPs. Currently, developing two multiplatform (PC & consoles) titles simultaneously. DESCRIPTION

• Planning video game projects
• Preparing & presenting project pitches
• Participating in an iterative game design process by cooperating closely with designers, artists, and programming staff
• Coordinating cooperation between team members
• Managing outsourcers
• Tracking and mitigating project risks
• Supporting the decision-making process
• Assisting in recruitment processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as a Producer in the game development environment
• Experience in managing cross-discipline teams
• High level of self-control
• Analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Understanding the game development process
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Axosoft or similar)
• Fluent Polish and English
