Starward Industries is a game development studio created by an ambitious and experienced team. The company was founded in 2018 and is currently working on the first narrative game licensed from a novel by Stanisław Lem - The Invincible.

Description

• Tracking development progress and maintaining good visibility of the current status
• Creating and maintaining production documentation adjusted to the needs of the current development stage and team’s internal workflow
• Defining project risks and issues and resolving them in cooperation with developers
• Managing external development (outsource)
• Cooperating with game developers in order to achieve the best possible experience for the player

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in working with creating cross-disciplinary teams
• Understanding the game development process
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to constantly develop, improve and expand the range of skills

Nice to have

• Experience in working on narrative single player FPP or TPP games
• Interest in science-fiction games, movies, series, and books
• Familiarity with Stanisław Lem books
