Marketing Manager

Robot Gentleman, the independent games developer known for the atomic dark comedy adventures 60 Seconds! and 60 Parsecs!, is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our studio REMOTELY OR ON-SITE in Poznań, Poland.

You are:
• An open-minded, creative person
• A gamer always looking for new stories to play
• A professional with a passion for indie games

So far you have:
• Worked as a marketing manager for at least 3+ years on commercial projects with experience managing a team
• Built marketing plans relying on solid user insights and strategically aligned with product roadmap, with the objective of generating brand awareness and ultimately growing the customer base
• Worked with a wide range of profiles (business, game design, content creators)
• Strong analytical skills

Your skills include:
• Fluent (preferably native level) English
• Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Docs & Spreadsheets)
• Understanding of social media and gaming community
• Management of promotional assets creation (trailers, web assets, screenshots, store descriptions)
• Knowledge of popular social media and community tools (Discord, Slack, Buffer, Hootsuite etc.)
• Effective oversight the Social Media & Community strategy
• Experience in work with marketing agencies
• Knowledge of the games industry and current gaming trends is a plus

• Contract form negotiable, any contract form comes with 20+ days of paid leave of absence (exact number dependent on the contract form)

• Salary between 6 000 and 8 000 PLN (net) - open to negotiations depending on skills and experience
