Job description:

Working closely with the Product Team and Producer, you will be responsible for turning vision into action, taking the designs and business goals for the project, and creating backlogs and plans to develop and publish our games.

You will be a central part of the project leadership team, keeping the game moving towards the vision. The team invested in its success by helping them understand the work they need to deliver and ensuring they hit the quality standards we expect.

Responsibilities:

*take the direction from the Product Owner and flesh out the implementation details with the team by breaking specifications into actionable work items;

• identify the interdepartmental requirements that should be part of the teams' backlog of work;
• ensure that the DoD of the team is met for each backlog item, specifically the acceptance criteria;
• help to define the KPI tracking requirements as part of a feature definition;
• work with Producer to drive refinement sessions to ensure full understanding of functionality across the team;
• work with Producer to establish release plans and task tracking is accurate;
• work with Product Owner to create sprint goals based on product goals;
• work directly with the team during implementation to answer questions and fine-tune the features, provide initial acceptance;
• be up to date with key genres and subgenres of a given product;
• provide research to the team on how prospective features and solutions would fare in that particular product, based on market and competitive research;
• create benchmark analysis of competitive products and/or their features.

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience working in a similar position in the games industry;
• a true passion for games and a deep understanding of the market;
• exceptional data analysis skills;
• a knack for deconstructing and benchmarking the market;
• ability to work in Agile teams;
• great communication skills and comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical colleagues;
• capable of presenting the results of research or game analysis in an understandable manner;
• excellent organizational and time management skills;
• very good command of English and willingness to work in an international environment;
• readiness to hybrid work model (at least a week per each month visiting Wrocław studio, but working locally in the Wrocław office is preferred)
