Art Director

Rosetta Gaming is looking for an exceptional Art Director to help us push the artistic vision and development of casino games.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively collaborate with the studio management team to determine studio strategy, set team goals, and shepherd the art team
• Mentor and help develop artists and team leads
• Oversee direction of in-game art assets, including characters, backgrounds, objects, UI, visual effects and animations
• Provide work direction, performance reviews, and coaching to artists
• Actively support the art department by sharing best practices, elevating art direction
• Meet project deadlines in a timely manner without compromising artistic integrity

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Artist, Supervisor, or Art Director
• Deep understanding of human and creature anatomy, color theory, values, form, shape language and silhouette
• Able to effectively collaborate with other artists, producers and programmers
• Thrives in a collaborative work culture
• Ability to explore a wide variety of ideas
• A passion for games

As a part of the application process, candidates will be expected to provide a portfolio or demo reel of their work and may be asked to complete an art test.
