Senior Game Designer (Lead Designer)

Hi!
We are looking for a professional with a vision to lead our new and highly anticipated project.

▶ Responsibilities:

• We would like you to lead the Design Team of the project and develop existing and new game systems through the full cycle of production - from the prototype stage to release.
• Understanding of the high-level game concepts and translating them into detailed designs is a must have.
• Our process of balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences involves communication with our audience and external consultants. To ensure the critical and commercial success of the product you will be responsible to aggregate the data.
• Collaborating with our Producer, Art, Dev and QA Teams.
• Knowledge exchange and mentoring Junior Designers.
• Every teammate is responsible for the constant improvement of the workflow. We strongly believe in the power of individual input.

▶ Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry.
• Perfect communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to work within deadlines.
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to sustain a clear and focused vision of the project.
• Good technical and math skills are a plus.
• 5 years of experience in game design and at least 1 commercial title shipped (the more the merrier).
• Knowledge of tools like ClickUp and Agile methodology.
