Wenkly Studio is a dynamically growing company dealing in game development (primarily Virtual Reality) and IT solutions. We are looking for a person who would like to join our team as:

PLAYER SUPPORT / QA

Responsibilities:
• Managing community of gamers via social media
• Acting as the 1st point of contact for support-related queries
• Interacting with players via various channels: chat, email & social media
• Building good relationships with the community members
• Testing our games against bugs
• Working with the dev team to identify issues the players are facing
• Providing community feedback reports
• Collaborating with other departments

Requirements:
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• The ability to find and report bugs in the game
• Technical savviness
• Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Understanding of the social media platforms, best practices, and community management in the games industry
• Proven interest in games (knowledge of other games, available platforms)
• Ability to use multiple channels, in order to moderate and monitor discussions
• A supportive, can-do attitude
• Creativity and self-reliance
• A great team player skills

Nice to have:
• Experience in player community management and social media
• Experience in similar support or tester position
• Knowledge of the version control system (Git or SVN)
• Knowledge of the Unity3d editor
• Knowledge of Photoshop
