On behalf of an unannounced game development studio, we are recruiting for the following position:

Senior Producer \ Executive Producer

We’re currently working on AAA, story-driven RPG saga for PCs and next-gen consoles in
Unreal Engine 5. We are looking for a Senior Producer \ Executive Producer to join our
Production team in Warsaw. As part of the team.

Salary information:

• B2B - Net Salary - Senior: 15 500 - 20 000 PLN + VAT
• (UoP) - Gross Salary - Senior: 15 500 - 20 000 PLN

Main Responsibilities:

• Building production team
• Creating and introducing new processes that will support game development team
• Defining production goals for the project and accountability for general quality of the project on every stage of production
• Managing production process of the games created by studio
• Working with finance dept on P/L for the project and monitoring the budget from the dev team point of view
• Managing the risk and providing effective risk mitigation
• Cooperation with external partners

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in production on senior position
• Participation in at least one shipped AAA project on production management position
• Experience with working on RPG or Action RPG is a plus
