On behalf of an unannounced game development studio, we are recruiting for the following position:

Senior Concept Artist

We’re currently working on AAA, story-driven RPG saga for PCs and next-gen consoles in
Unreal Engine 5. We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist to join our Environment Art
team in Warsaw to bring our artistic vision for our new IP to life. As part of the team, you will
be involved in expanding a Concept Art Team on exceptional artists and together we will
create breathtaking worlds in our exciting AAA project.

Salary information:

• B2B - Net Salary - Senior: 15 000 - 19 500 PLN + VAT
• (UoP) - Gross Salary - Senior: 15 000 - 19 500 PLN

Responsibilities:

• Create the highest quality character designs, monsters, weapons, and/or locations to inspire and help the game development teams
• Work with art director and directors to create and maintain a coherent vision of the game
• Create jaw-dropping, high-quality promotional illustrations for the game
• Collaboration with other artists and designers to resolve visually difficult challenges
• Working with inside and outside artists to create concept art and illustrations

Requirements:

• Love to collaborate with others on the creative vision of the projects
• Great imagination combined with exquisite artistic skills
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, proportions, forms, perspective, light, and color
• Ability to develop ideas quickly
• Great communication skills
• Ability to mentor less experienced artists
• 5+ years professional experience as a concept artist and/or illustrator
• Passion for games, movies, animation, etc.

Nice to have:
(not necessary)

• experience working with UE4/UE5
• knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools
