The Certification QA Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of Certification testers, as well as testing Lockit QA’s clients video games against a certain set of checklists inherent to the Certification processes of first-party constructors Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. They will be under the supervision of the QA Director and will be asked to perform the following tasks:

• Supervise and lead the QA team’s efforts.
• Organize the day-to-day testing efforts based on the company’s timeline.
• Provide support, leadership and train the Certification QA team throughout their assignment.
• Manual testing of video games titles in their Pre-alpha, alpha, beta and release stages on PC (Windows 10) and Consoles (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X).
• Produce and maintain Bug Reports following Lockit QA’s methodology and bugging guidelines.
• Responsibility to maintain the Certification processes, tracking tools and checklists relating to testing.
• Perform other duties related to Game Testing (such as Regression).
• Produce daily/weekly reports on their work to their supervisors.
• Communicate with Lockit QA’s client, offer daily assistance and produce regular reports.
• Perform some basic administrative tasks (responsible for opening/closing the office daily, order food, receive equipment on the behalf of Lockit QA, etc…).
• Responsibility of the integrity and surveillance of the equipment in the office.

Requisites

Applicants for this work opportunity are required to:

• Be legally able to work in Poland.
• Be living in or around Warsaw, Poland.
• Possess a prior experience of 2 years in Certification QA testing or Certification QA leading positions.
• Provide recommendations from previous employers (Lockit QA may contact those employers for confirmation).
• Possess a bank account at their name and to provide their bank details for payments.
• Be ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Lockit QA and to abide by the confidentiality rules of the company.
• Engage their responsibilities with the handling of equipment and material.
• Follow the instructions of their direct supervisors in order to achieve preset objectives and participate in the successful development of the Certification QA department of Lockit QA.

• Impeccable English linguistic skills both written and verbal.

Start date and Location

This is an on-site position to be fulfilled starting in June (upon approval) in a secured office, which is located in the city center of Warsaw, Poland. Employees are required to be present in office between 9:00 till 17:00 (8 hours including lunch time) and overtime as well as week-end work are prohibited.

The contract starts with a probationary period of 3 months at the end of which a decision will be taken to turn this contract into a renewable 12 months contract.

Compensation and benefits

Lockit QA is ready to compensate their Certification QA testers with the following:

• 8000 PLN (after tax) paid monthly
• Daily lunch provided in-office
