WEB3 Marketing Manager

Oxygen is a Polish joint-stock company operating in the gaming sector and listed on the NewConnect stock exchange.
Together with Mousetrap Games and HyperCat, we form Oxygen Capital Group.
We focus on the production and publishing activities in the mobile games market, with particular emphasis on mid-core, casual, and hyper-casual titles. The companies from our capital group cooperate with important entities from the game dev industry, such as Voodoo, Daedalic Entertainment, and Ketchapp (Ubisoft).

We are looking for a Community Ninja, the part of our WEB 3.0 Team responsible for creating and implementing marketing and social media strategy and building online communities. We are looking for a proactive person, giving autonomy and a real impact on the project.

Requirements:

• Social Media Knowledge - Experience in creating community strategy, trends, and using Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord.
• Background experience – Team player, communication skills, problem-solving approach, detail-oriented with organization skills.
• English proficiency min. C1 - As you’ll be generating a whole strategy, creating community, and posting messages on social media it’s a must to have superb writing skills.
• WEB 3.0. knowledge **– It Will be nice if you have some knowledge about NFT and Cryptocurrency.

Your daily task will be:

• Develop, oversee and implement Discord, Twitter, and Instagram strategy for our new community.
• Create a strategy to market to dual audiences with overlap between gaming and blockchain.
• Analyzing competitive projects.
• Collaborating with the Team (Project Manager, Art Director and Game Designer).
• Analyzing Community statistics and monitoring data; creating statistics reports.
• Monitoring discussions and ensuring that questions are answered quickly.
• Processing and analyzing Community suggestions to ensure that every user’s feedback is heard.
• Promoting Community content internally and externally.
