Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Lead Artist to join our team on-site in Katowice, Poland, to work on an AA premium title.

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and coordinate the work of the art team
• Work closely with the art director and team leads
• Create and supervise art production pipelines
• Perform regular one-on-one meetings with your direct reports
• Mentor your direct reports and assist them in their professional growth
• Identify bottlenecks in art production

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Artist or Art Producer
• Experience working as an Artist
• Knowledge of art creation pipelines
• Fundamental understanding of the game development process
• Strong motivation to learn and develop
• Well organized and proactive problem solver
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements

Pluses:

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level),
• Passion for games
