About us

We are a publicly listed company in Tokyo and one of the largest game development studios in Japan with more than 600 game creators working with the biggest names in the industry. Ie. one of the biggest titles we worked on includes Bravely Default 2. Our studio is an excellent place to start your new journey in Japan.

How do we work?

• Fully remotely (from Tokyo) with daily and weekly meetings
• Mostly fixed hours 10-19 (including 1-hour break)
• Meetings at the office once or twice a month
• Over times occur during crunch times that are not that often

What is our culture and structure?

• Mostly flat and open to sharing ideas
• 8 studios with about 60-100 ppl in each

What do we need?

• Programming experience (regardless of industry)
• Language: Japanese (preferably N3+ JLPT level) or English

Nice to haves

• Using the Unity or UE4 engine
• Programming in C#, C++, Java (or: PHP, Ruby, Perl, Python, ASP, JavaScript)
• Building a LAMP environment
