Middle/Senior Realtime VFX Artist

Room 8 Studio is an AAA art production and game development studio. Our teams are working on such IPs as Control, Call of Duty, Gwent, Doctor Who, Monopoly, Angry Birds, Family Guy, Independence Day, Walking Dead and more for partners like Activision, Remedy, Electronic Arts, CD Projekt Red, Ubisoft, Rovio and Gameloft, to name a few.

Room 8 Studio is looking for talented Realtime VFX artist. If you are a professional who possesses both artistic and technical skills and is eager to become a part of a strong team and work on cool and interesting projects, then we are looking for you!

Superpowers you have are:

• Experience in creating bright, dynamic visual effects in UE4 or Unity;
• Good knowledge of Autodesk package;
• Solid skills in modelling, UV-mapping and animation in 3Ds Max/ Maya/ Blender, etc.
• Good understanding of the composition basics, sense of movement and harmony of color.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• Work experience in Houdini, Unreal Engine, Fume FX, etc..
• Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:
• Develop and create original particle systems for Unity 3D / Unreal Engine;
• Model objects for effects, involving 3d artists for very complex models;
• Create drawn and procedural textures for effects in Photoshop, Substance Designer;
• Work in close cooperation with other artists to deliver the best results.
