JOB PURPOSE:

Join our HD vertical to lead an amazing new team working on a major new console/PC game! Leading this international team, you'll create action-packed experiences that take console and PC gameplay to the next level.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

• Lead the design team a world class console/PC game
• Guide the design vision of the project, including action gameplay, meta-game systems, exciting content, and more
• Work closely with production, art, and programming teams to maximize efficiency and quality
• Use playtests and feedback to make decisions and refine your team's work
• Manage your team members’ performance and training to help them excel
• Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects

CORE SKILLS:

• 7+ years of experience as a console/PC game designer, or equivalent background
• Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management soft skills
• Extensive experience designing and tuning 3D action gameplay
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of an established game engine, such as Unreal Engine
• Experience taking a console/PC game from initial conception to commercial launch
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
