Lappi Soft Poland is looking for a Technical Artist (Unity)

Lappi Soft Poland is an indie game studio that has been accepted as part of the Digital Dragon Acceleration Program.
We are hiring a Technical Artist (Unity) to take a major role in the studio and support the development of our first title: Wild Dose, a psychological horror game with roleplay elements.

As the Technical Artist, you will:
Have the opportunity to define the artistic direction of the title
Coordinate the communication between artists and programmers
Integrate custom and licensed assets to produce a coherent whole
Conduct the optimization process

We require:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of Technical Artist or 3D Artist or Animator
Modeling and/or animation skills
A solid portfolio
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of Unity and Blender
Knowledge of topology and optimization of 3D assets
Knowledge of processes related to lighting / shaders / particles / post-processing

You have both modeling and animation skills
You have level designs skills

Ability to work independently
