We are a young Internal Development studio at All in! Games. As a team small in numbers, we keep the scope small, but dream big within the limits.

Goal: we want to leave a positive mark in the world of video games with projects that are not only fun, but also fresh, memorable, and beautiful. Inspired by SUPERGIANT GAMES, we are not (and never will be) a big corporation: we highly value each team member, which means your influence over the project will be substantial – whether by the feedback you give, or the work you do for the game.

Work: As a 3D Generalist in our team, you will be taking care of all things 3D (excluding characters) on an unannounced game project. From creating the stylized 3D assets, textures/materials based on provided concepts and references, you will also work on the levels themselves, creating environments by putting together the assets made by you and the rest of the team. You’ll work closely with our Art Director, Technical Artist and Programmer to make sure that the world is not only pretty, but also optimized and works like a well-oiled machine.

Software/Tools we use: Unity, Blender/Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, Photoshop.

Skills required:

• Creation of game-ready assets (quality 3D modelling & topology), good knowledge of 3D software of choice
• Texturing, creating materials, basic understanding of shaders
• Basic knowledge of Unity & it’s 3D pipeline
• Communicative English
• Willingness to learn and expand your existing knowledge

Big bonus points if you have:

• Passion for the craft and video games
• Knowledge of Houdini software
• Interest in procedural generation
• Being able to work on-site with the team or to drop by from time to time for a team meeting in Cracow
• Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
