Associate Game Producer

We are looking for a talented and energetic Game Producer with a strong knowledge of agile methodologies, experience in mobile game software development lifecycles and game team servant leadership. Reporting to the Director of Production, you would be joining a vibrant and fast-paced team with the responsibility of producing new mobile free-to-play games from prototype to world-wide launch.

An opportunity for an experienced senior games producer to help us establish a new production function in the new games group and to have a big impact on our current and future titles. This person will work with many different disciplines, will have exposure to top grossing titles and help lead an exciting new title.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities for Producer

• Drive efficiently implementation of a project/game using Agile principles in a Scrum framework
• Be passionate about and have a strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Oversee the execution of development plans, feature production and other projects as required
• Supporting the creation and Execution of roadmaps
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams mainly in the United States
• Manage risks by correctly identifying all risks and issues and providing a solid mitigation plan

Day to Day activities

• Run day-to-day Scrum ceremonies to foster excellence within team
• Manage interdependencies between teams to ensure smooth production from design to release
• Remove blockers in a complex stakeholder environment across multiple time zones
• Communicate to all stakeholders by provide regular updates and keeping everyone accountable for their deliveries
• Plan, manage and execute regular releases of new features.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP or Prince2) certification or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Achiever mindset, it is all about getting things done
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
