All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Chernobylite (The Farm 51) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we’re gonna be loud!

Join our Marketing Team as a:
Lead Designer
As Lead Designer, you will spearhead the marketing design process, including initial requirements definition, conceptualization, briefing and execution. You will also collaborate with the internal & external developers and agencies to develop and integrate creative strategies for projects.
You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, collaborating with a team of talented graphic and motion designers, becoming a mentor and an inspiration for your peers, leading by example.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with all the teams in the marketing department such as Brand Managers, Digital Marketing and PR. You will also be responsible for servicing Investor Relations and the Management Board with their creative needs.
Your responsibilites:
- Plan and execute creative marketing assets for the All in! Games portfolio, including key art, capsules, store assets, screenshots, social media posts and ads, press kits and presentations.
- Integrate yourself in our current processes and develop new ones to maximize team performance and efficiency.
- Regularly meet with peers and Team Leads, providing reports to leadership teams.
- Cooperating with other departments and external partners to help improve efficiencies in creative production.
- Participate in and set the tone for creative processes in projects.
- Monitor workloads and processes, ensuring work is evenly shared, and projects have the appropriate resources.
- Make sure you and your team consistently deliver high quality creative services, and drive innovation.
- Take an active role in coaching and inspiring your team - remotely and face to face.
- Being comfortable in the ability to use data to support decisions and initiatives.
- Supporting the company in internal projects with the use of design skills.
- Cultivating an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement of everyone's role.
Who You Are:
- Video games industry experience would be a plus.
- You want to take the next step in your career and develop your leadership skills.
- Passionate about Design and Branding.
- You monitor emerging design trends.
- You have an open and creative mindset along with a keen eye for detail
- You have great communication skills; being able to adapt to people and situations.
- You are eager to learn, productive, and love to work in a team.
- You have strongly established skills in graphic design, motion design, and video editing.
- You have relevant knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of game engines (Unity, Unreal) and 3D software would be a plus.
- You have a professional command of English, written and spoken.
- Strong team player with the ability to foster excellent working relationships.
