We are ChillWin and we are working on our first mobile game production.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

MARKETING SPECIALIST
(JUNIOR/MID)

who is willing to learn and will support our marketing and user acquisition efforts from the very beginning.

We are looking for a person who has the right attitude, some knowledge, and experience (which will be a plus) to carry on game marketing and user acquisition, especially for mobile devices.

Job is fully remote but sometimes we meet all together in Warsaw.

You will be responsible for:

-planning and executing promotions,
-marketing efforts to drive user acquisition,
-taking an active part in setting up retention strategy,

You know or you will learn with us:

-how to develop strategies for free-to-play mobile games user acquisition;
-analyze acquisition campaigns' performance and effectiveness;

Required skills:

-at least basic knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and tools;
-good command of english and polish;
-practical knowledge of online communities and promoting mobile games (will be a plus);
-experience in gaming, online marketing, digital agency or related business, working with mobile games (will be a plus);
