Specialist/Senior Narrative Designer ( Project 8 )

Your responsibilities:

• Finding interesting ways to communicate outside standard dialogues,
• Finding new ways to tell meaningful story by using unusual channels,
• Taking responsibility for the game narrative layer,
• Ensuring that the story supports main themes in the game,
• Creating arcs for characters that support main themes,
• Working with other designers to ensure coherent world, both on system and narrative side,
• Owning the narrative vision for the project,
• Working closely with project leads to ensure that the project changes are reflected in the story.*

Job requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position,
• Professional experience in gamedev industry,
• At least one shipped title,
• Knowledge of design fundamentals (systems, enviro storytelling, player agency etc.),
• Excellent writing skills,
• Strong communication skills and sense of ownership.
