Hi! Are you an experienced Level Designer, living somewhere in Poland and looking for exciting projects? Well, we have some for you and we would love to meet you to talk about them! Below you can read all about Senior Level Designer position.

We want to invite you to work from our office in Katowice or remotely, from anywhere in Poland.

What you will do:

• Designing, prototyping, building locations, scripting, and optimizing levels
• Own level designs from conception to the final stages
• Collaborating with different teams (narrative designers, game designers, artists, animators, etc.) to ensure the correct integration of all level design elements
• Taking responsibility for the level design layer
• Writing clear and concise level design documents
• Working with production to assist, and provide feedback to plans and schedules
• Introducing feedback for general game improvement
• Identifying, developing and communicating best practices for everything related to level design in games
• Analyzing user testing and recommend design solutions

What you need:

• 4 years of experience as a Level Designer
• To be credited as a level designer in at least 2 commercial video game
• Creative yet analytical mind and ability to think out of the box
• Knowledge of design fundamentals
• Experience in Unreal Engine 4
• To know your way around Jira, Outlook, Confluence, Miro
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent ability to organize and structure own work
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level)

Bonus points for:

• Experience using tools for prototyping the game experience
• Experience with scripting languages
• Experience with mentoring other designers
• Experience with supervising a level design team
