Mechanistry is looking for a passionate Senior/Lead Producer to join us in developing Timberborn - our successful city-building game.

We are a Polish indie game studio, ready to expand our team as we’re nearing the first anniversary of the Early Access release of our debut title. Timberborn was met with overwhelmingly positive reception with the player community and continues to engage thousands of city-building enthusiasts. Responsibilities:

• Communicating project status and priorities to the development team
• Tracking and mitigating project risks by asking the right questions
• Ensuring the work gets done according to high quality standards across all disciplines such as art, audio, and translations
• Participating in an iterative game design process by cooperating closely with designers, artists, and programmers
• Finding subcontractors and coordinating their work
• Preparing job listings and interviewing candidates
• Nurturing a creative, healthy and friendly work environment

Requirements:

• You live and breathe video games
• Substantial prior experience in the video game industry, including experience as a game producer
• Shipped successful PC/console titles
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Fluency in Polish and English

Desirable characteristics:

• You’re an avid gamer
• You have strong communication skills and a friendly working manner
• You have prior experience on a gamedev position, such as art, design, or programming
