Gamesture is a Kraków-based mobile game developer and the creator of Questland and Slash&Roll and The Gang.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Game Designer to join our team. We offer you a chance to join a team of professionals, where we believe that talent feeds talent. Responsibilities:

• Design new and improve existing gameplay features for the new F2P mobile game.
• Work closely with the product lead, designers, artists and analysts on the team, to help identify key areas for balancing, growth and improvement within the game economy.
• Recommend rewards and monetization game features to create an economic system to fulfill player needs.
• Investigate different macroeconomic models for different segments of users.
• Plan and use A/B testing to analyze the effectiveness of different game economy strategies.
• Share results with the team and company through reports, documents, dashboards, and presentations.

Required skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role in the games industry; experience with RPG games, casino games, or mobile games strongly preferred.
• Strong sensitivity to gameplay and game design in order to build needs and emotions in the context of a game.
• An in-depth understanding of free to play games and how their game economies work.
• Expert knowledge of the F2P market is a must. You need to play games and be on spot with new titles.
• Proven proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and/or MS Excel.
• Fluent in English or Polish.
