Game Designer (Intern)

Take IT Studio! is a dynamic game development studio bringing together experienced industry professionals and passionate newcomers. We create our own games and help other developers bring their titles to new platforms. We work exclusively with video games and believe that great ideas deserve proper execution.

We are looking for a Game Designer Intern who wants to learn game design in practice and take part in real commercial projects. If you have a passion for games, follow industry trends, and want to grow under the guidance of experienced developers, this internship is for you.

Your Responsibilities

As a Game Designer, your focus will be on:

• Support the design of gameplay mechanics and systems
• Participate in prototyping ideas in Unreal Engine or Unity
• Assist in level design and gameplay balancing
• Take part in design discussions and playtests
• Learn how games are developed for PC, consoles, and Nintendo Switch

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong passion for video games
• Is familiar with current gaming trends and well-known titles
• Has basic experience with at least one game engine (Unreal Engine or Unity) (no expert knowledge required - even simple prototypes or experiments are enough)
• Is eager to learn game design and improve their skills
• Has a creative mindset and enthusiasm for designing games
• Can communicate ideas clearly and work in a team
