
Teyon is the studio behind Terminator: Resistance, RoboCop: Rogue City, and the upcoming Hunter: The Reckoning. We're a team of 150+ developers based in Kraków, with offices in Łódź and Warsaw, and an international presence in Tokyo.
Teyon is looking for talented people who will support our ongoing projects with their skills, knowledge, and ideas. Currently, we are working on a new action RPG, Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish, alongside another unannounced title.
The job advertisement concerns only office work and hybrid work, working entirely remotely is not possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing official brand communication across social media platforms (including X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and other channels such as Steam, Discord, Reddit, etc.
- Developing, creating, and publishing content (news posts, marketing materials, including graphical and video assets) on our channels and websites.
- Communicating with production teams on our ongoing projects.
- Preparing marketing and PR plans in cooperation with our production teams and partners. Coordinating PR activities, media and external communication, and collaborations with influencers.
- Hosting live streams (Twitch, Steam) and presenting our games to the media and public, both remotely and during live industry events.
- Tracking community growth and social media performance, transforming data into insights to optimize content strategy and reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar communications or community management role within the game development industry.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and gaming communities (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Steam, etc.).
- Knowledge of programs for creating graphics, GIFs, and video editing.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1) and Polish (native).
- Independence, a proactive approach to duties, and coming up with your own ideas.
- Strong artistic sense and a keen eye for social media trends.
- Passion for video games.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Natural on-camera presence and comfort with public speaking/streaming.

- Existing relationships with gaming press, media outlets, and content creators.
