Position description:
Our mission is to constantly improve the quality of 3D animation in new games and in the film industry. You will be part of a top-notch team of developers, 3D artists and animators dedicated to working on an innovative change in the way 3D animation is created in the games and film industry. You'll be conducting motion capture sessions for many fantastic projects, and you'll also be involved in building the world's largest motion capture database for teaching neural networks!

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing shotlists and their execution during mocap recording
  • Attending pre-production meetings
  • Preparing actors for the shoot
  • Maintenance of hardware
  • During downtime periods assisting motion capture technicians with daily tasks (processing mocap data, pipeline improvements, equipment maintenance, restocking expendables)

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in similar fields: software engineering, camera operators, working with hardware
  • Can work independently while being an integral member of a high-functioning team
  • Fluent English
  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
  • Basic knowledge of MotionBuilder/Maya or Vicon Blade/Shogun or Blender
  • Knowledge of any scripting language ex. Python, HSL, JavaScript
  • Time oriented and organized
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Loves complex and creative problem solving
  • Keen attention to detail
