Technical 3D Artist

Donkey Crew is looking for experienced humans to join our international team of passionate artists and programmers at our newly established studio in the beautiful city of Wroclaw, Poland.

If you are enthusiastic about the prospect of making great PC games, and looking to work in an inspiring and growing environment, this is the job for you. Currently we are working on a highly innovative multiplayer game for the PC built on Unreal 4.

What you’ll do:

• Work with Art and Leads to develop the game to the artistic vision
• Support Art, Programming and Game Design, helping to solve technical difficulties.
• Help improve the workflow of the project, and find or develop relevant tools
• Organize and improve asset management and QA workflow
• Technical asset creation in Unreal 4, such as: Particles, shader development and materials

Ideally you’ll have:

• 4 years experience or related Art / Computer Science Degree
• Strong knowledge and experience with Unreal 4
• Experience with leading art and animation software tools
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as HLSL, Python, C/C++
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with procedural content creation
