We are assembling a team for a big VR project. The project consists of 6 different VR fitness games as a part of a larger venture - development works are to result in a creation of technology prototype, further provision and projection of VR fitness games dedicated to aerobic workout machines and group trainings in fitness clubs and gyms. Developed games will be VR experiences with additional functionalities, consisting in particular of the following prototype components:
generating individual VR fitness training plans realised by interrelated VR-fitness games
assuring safety of activities with VR headsets
physical component that adjusts existing controller to handles of aerobic machines (no custom-made HMD or controllers)
gamer’s avatar development that will reflect physical activities of the player in VR-fitness games and their results in avatar’s image
multilevel competitions and tournaments in VR
monitoring of implementation and results of VR training plans
platform that will support development of VR-fitness games that will ensure compatibility of VR-fitness games developed in future and speed up their future development process
The entire project is scheduled to take at least 2 years to complete with beginning in April 2018 and highly possible continuation after 2020 (developing new games, targeting new platforms etc.). Studio is going to be located in Warsaw, Poland.
Team:
The whole team will be assembled especially for this project and will consists of 25-30 people with about 15 people working on games development and 10 in R&D both supported by specialists like fitness trainers, physiotherapists etc. Given that, we are looking for experienced specialists to fulfill some positions in game development team.
Skills Required:
VR Game Developer / Programmist
Minimum of 1 year experience in game development
Good UE4 knowledge with focus on BP and C++ programming
