Given our expansion plans, Testronic is currently looking for:

ASSOCIATE QA LEAD

Responsibilities:

• Bug vetting in line with established processes
• Line management of QA Technicians
• Leading and guiding the team on assigned tasks and/or project
• Professional communication with clients on areas of ownership, as defined by supervisor
• Keeping track of overall progress, metrics and noteworthy findings on assigned tasks and projects
• Keeping track of and communicating staffing requirements and absences
• Preparing daily reports and other deliverables as requested
• Performing testing duties as and when required
• Evaluation of testing staff in the monthly ‘Tester Evaluation’ system

Requirements:

• Real passion for games
• Proven experience as a QA Technician in gaming industry
• Familiarity with console, mobile, PC, VR setup and settings
• Knowledge of different bug databases
• Excellent communication skills in English language – both oral and written
• People management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to perform under time constraints and multitask
• Availability to work during night shifts
