For our office in Warsaw, we are looking for candidate that will take the role of:

Sales Operations Coordinator

A Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for collecting and evaluating sales information and using that information to maximise sales productivity.
Person hired on that position will be coordinating information flow between internal departments, foreign partners and distributors. She/He will be also in charge of sales administration activities such as: orders collection, invoicing, sell in reports preparation, returns control, outstanding and current payment control.

Key Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position within gaming industry;
• Experience in cooperation with international distributors and publishers;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a clear and efficient communication with external partners and inside organization;
• Solid knowledge of the gaming business industry;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
• High Excel proficiency;
• Proactive personality with strong planning and organizational skills:
• Problem solving orientation:
• Passion for games.
