Anshar Studios is a video game developer specializing in work-for-hire full SKU development using both Unreal Engine and Unity. Anshar Studios team consists of over 50 video game developer – programmer, artists and designer, all on-site in our Katowice studio. We work on games on many platforms including PC, PS4, XBoxOne, Switch, iOS, Android and various VR devices.
Currently, we’re looking for a talented Senior Producer / Head of Production to help manage studio projects and studio production processes.

A full-time job in Katowice studio.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in SCRUM or KANBAN system (facilitating the entire process) – depending on the project
• Being responsible for on time and on budget delivery in the parameters and powers given by the Studio Head
• Being responsible for enhancing existing and creating new production practices for the entire studio
• Handling 3-4 projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of game industry experience in similar position (producer, team leader, scrum master etc.)
• Minimum 2 credited commercially released titles
• Good understanding of the SCRUM methodology
• Good understanding of the video game development process
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Perfect communication skills

Pluses:

• A passion for video games
• Education in related fields (video game creation or management)
• Previous experience as a video game developer (QA, programmer, artist, designer etc.)
