Unreal engine developer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Developer, eager to play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of the technical aspect of our VR experiences.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who works towards visual quality targets while remaining on schedule and within constraints. Candidates must have an avid interest in pushing the cutting edge of VR game development, and are continuously staying up-to-date on relevant technologies such as photo-realistic rendering, VR and AR platforms and technologies, real-time game engines, etc. You are enthusiastic, self-directed and collaborative, and adept at designing, implementing, and maintaining art pipelines and tools, visual effects and procedural art systems which are built upon sound production principles. This is a full-time position for our studio in Krakow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of VR user interface and unique interaction mechanics 
Have shipped at least 2 VR experiences, 2 Mobile games, or equivalent.
Regular iteration and maintenance of the overall application 
Constant communication with other developers and production team
Time management and ability to finalize tasks on time
Documentation and organization of code, tools and pipeline
Prioritize tasks and deliver on them in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:

Solid experience in Unreal Editor, Tools and Blueprints Visual scripting techniques.
Exhibit strong problem solving and decision-making skills 
Exercise great communication skills, as well as be organized and helpful 
Capable of working in a team environment as well as working independently 
Able to diagnose problems and make quick, accurate decisions 
Adept in fast-paced environments, multi-tasking and attention to detail are crucial 
Troubleshoot and deliver solutions to programming defects and deployment issues 
Improve and refactor existing code
Proficiency in programming and scripting
