We are seeking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer who will have an in-depth QA, technical and project expertise, and be driven to improve quality across designated game areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain manual test plans
- Execute manual and automated test plans
- Track, research, report, and manage bugs in JIRA within our pipeline to ensure they are resolved
- Help create and maintain test cases and other QA documents
- Provide qualitative feedback to our development team regarding player experience and usability
- Assist in re-creating problems reported from the field
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines within the team in driving the game to completion
- Monitor execution of manual test cases and bug activity
- Evaluate and analyse test data for Products being tested
- Build the QA Team structures
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required (Casino Games experience preferable)
- Familiar with the various models of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong understanding of game/software development cycles
- Familiarity with bug tracking software
- Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving issues
- Great communication and analytical skills
- Experience in leading small teams
- Very good English – both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Passion for games
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- An eye for detail
- Ability to run automated tests
- Excellent self-management
