Senior Community Manager

CI Games is growing and we are looking to hire a Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities:
• Build and engage social media audiences to boost online presence
• Build and establish relations with influencers
• Establish and expand a presence on relevant social media platforms in a way that makes people be engaged and excited.
• Producing and managing content across social media channels, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch.
• Deliver innovative, targeted and exciting campaigns.
• Use audiences feedback to develop and improve social media strategy
• Constant looking for the best angles and content from the development of the game and sharing them with the social media world
• Understanding and evaluating the audience experience in order to assist the design and production teams
• Keep up to date on the latest trends in the social media/influencer landscape and constantly look for new ways and technologies to improve and develop social media strategy
• Developing close working relationships with audience

The Person needs to have:
• Several years’ of stable career path gained in a similar position within the games industry
• Expert knowledge about building and managing social media communities
• Demonstrable experience of managing all mainstream social media channels
• Experience in content sourcing, creation and distribution
• Experience with Photoshop and basic graphics creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps Suite
• An ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a structured and organized manner
• A passionate gamer and with a good understanding of the industry and its trends
