CRM ART Manager
Location: Szczecin

Your responsibilities:

• ensuring the design & realization of the Artistic and Marketing materials of all our CRM activities,
• in charge of creating new design concepts that meet our business goals, present & execute within a tight schedule,
• contact and synchronization with other teams in order to maintain the schedule,
• organizing and taking responsibility for the work of the CRM Art Team,
• getting the final feedback about designs prepared,
• constantly work on optimizing the processes & mentoring team members.

Our requirements:

• at least 1 year experience in managing art teams & at least 3 years experience in graphic design positions. Preferably from online / gaming industry,
• experience in designing marketing materials in order to support different business activities,
• very good planning and organizational skills,
• ability to work under time pressure, with tough deadline tasks,
• knowledge about graphic design trends in mobile games industry,
• skills & practical experience with Photoshop,
• highly creative and innovating mindset.
