  • Help determine the scope of a project or a feature and estimate the amount of work
  • Identify technical risks and communicate concerns to production staff
  • Collaborate and develop technical design and vision through all development phases
  • Design and implement systems with attention to scalability, performance, and security
  • Contribute to creating systems and tools to support the game
  • Encourage other programmers to keep code quality high
  • Mentor and inspire less experienced programmers
  • Understand the design and technical challenges unique to mobile and/or console titles


  • 3 years of experience in game development
  • 1 or more published titles
  • Deep knowledge of Unity3D and C#
  • Solid understanding of OOP, Data-Oriented Design and game-programming design patterns
  • Strong debugging skills with the ability to work in the existing codebase, learn new systems/concepts and implement them quickly and efficiently.
  • Fluent in spoken English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other developers, designers, and artists
  • Passion for creating games
