Schedule Producer

Responsibilities

• Tracking progress of work on milestone deliverables - making sure all underlying tasks have proper dependencies, all parts of delivery process are scheduled
• Creating and maintaining global production schedule
• Reporting potential project risks or blockers to Leads and other production members
• Determining and monitoring progress and deadlines of given tasks
• Working closely with Data Manager to ensure alignment between deliveries’ and builds’ shipment

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Project or similar software
• Experience using JIRA or other planning software
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Language: English and/or Polish language skills (everyone in our studio speaks English, but Polish language skills are a plus)

Preference to applicants with

• Shipped-title or launched project experience
• Passion for Games
