Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience on a similar position
• higher education degree in related fields
• ability to diagnose and fix software and hardware issues
• ability to install and update software
• ability to configure personal computers and printers
• knowledge of Windows, Mac OS and Linux
• good spoken and written English skills

Additional skills:

• JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, Gsuite, Optima, Docker systems knowledge
• LAN networking knowledge
• IT Security knowledge

Responsibilities:

• IT systems configuration
• managing and documenting company hardware
• taking part in IT projects
• taking care of software/hardware problems
• licences management
• configuring backup systems
