The sister company of CD PROJEKT RED (responsible for the worldwide success of The Witcher and upcoming Cyberpunk 2077), GOG.com is a digital distribution platform, which offers customers the greatest selection of Windows, Mac and Linux games, both classics and day-one titles, DRM-free, with lots of extra goodies and amazing customer support.

We are looking for a professional who will help us communicate our technicalities to developers and our business partners in a readable, elegant and helpful form. If you are creative, capable of connecting best quality content with engaging visual communication, and would like to know the process of releasing games from the inside, you may be the person we are looking forward to meet!

Responsibilities:

  • Writing, updating and maintaining technical documentation for tools in GOG Galaxy ecosystem.
  • Unifying existing documentation.
  • Creating supporting guides for our business partners.
  • Designing technical content.
  • Researching most attractive and appealing ways to convey all required and interesting information to our business partners.
  • Being involved in technical support for game developers.
  • Cooperating with development, quality assurance and business development teams in order to fulfill our business partners’ needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good understanding of IT/Software Engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with basic UX rules.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Very good communication skills.

Pluses:

  • Familiarity with popular game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine 4).
  • Passion for gaming and interest in gamedev business.
